How do we implement a scalable framework for effective user research to meet customer needs and drive great experiences?
We served as a catalyst for Ontada’s research efforts by partnering with their product team, engineers and designers. This work ran parallel with a new product launch, the Health Administration Portal, that needed data-informed design.
What began with research evolved into a custom framework for a product design process with a focus on alignment.
Through formal and informal education including teaching demos, delivering presentations, participating in design critiques and team meetings, and providing continuous feedback about processes, we established a sustainable research process.

Led info sessions on UX sketching, design process, and conducting playbacks.

Created frameworks, templates, and processes to help the Ontada team better handle various aspects of design and present to developers.
